These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the z16 platform. By accessing or using any part of z16, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read carefully before proceding.

z16 is strictly for users aged 21 and above. Registering an account constitutes your declaration that you meet this age requirement. Accounts found in breach will be closed and any balance forfeited pending investigation.
Each player is permitted one active account only. Duplicate accounts — whether to circumvent limits, claim bonuses multiple times, or for any other reason — are strictly prohibited and subject to permanent ban.
All promotions and bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, expiry periods, and eligible game restrictions. Attempting to abuse bonus terms will result in the bonus and any associated winings being voided.
All transactions on z16 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum withdrawal thresholds and processing timelines are detailed in Section 8. z16 does not charge processing fees on standard MYR transactions.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated bots, and any form of manipulation of games or systems are zero-tolerance violations. z16 reserves the right to terminate accounts and report such activities where required.

1 Introduction
Welcome to z16. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and z16 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible atz16.cam (the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or using any service offered by z16, you unconditionally agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of this agreement by reference.
2 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

| Bonus | Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, match deposit offer, or other incentive credited to a Player's account subject to terms. |
| Wagering Requirement | The number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. |
| KYC | Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under the Company's anti-money laundering procedures. |
| Prohibited Conduct | Any action or omission by a User that violates these Terms, including fraud, collusion, or use of automated systems. |
3 Account Eligibility
To register and maintain an account on z16, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You areat least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the Platform.
- You are registering and using the Platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
- You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or agent of z16, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
- You do not already hold an active or suspended z16 account.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or on behalf of any third party.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
4 Account Registration & Security
4.1 Registration Process
To access z16's full suite of services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and that you will promptly update any information that changes.
4.2 Single Account Policy
Each Player is permitted to maintainone active account only. The operation of duplicate accounts — including accounts registered in a different name, using a different email address, or by any other means — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Company may close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withold funds pending investigation.
4.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. z16 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. You must notify z16 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
4.4 Account Verification (KYC)
z16 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all accounts. Verification documents may include a valid government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Players in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other locations within Malaysia are subject to the same KYC requirements. Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
5 Terms of Use
5.1 General Use
Access to and use of the z16 Platform is granted on a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable basis. The Company grants you a limited licence to use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. Any use of the Platform that falls outside of these Terms is unauthorised.
5.2 Betting Rules
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game rules and sports betting rules applicable to that event or product. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules. Results determined by z16 are final and binding except in cases of manifest error, which the Company reserves the right to correct.
5.3 Manifest Error
In the event of a manifest or obvious error (including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect scores, system malfunction, or typographical errors), z16 reserves the right to void any bets affected and refund the relevant stakes. The Company's determination of whether an error constitutes a manifest error is final.
5.4 Platform Availability
z16 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime.
6 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the z16 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of all bets and bonuses, and forfeiture of funds, without prejudice to any legal action the Company may pursue:
- Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Using the Platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering purpose.
- Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously or sequentially.
- Coluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or bonus distributions.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit promotions, or interfere with the Platform's operation.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to z16 immediately and not exploited.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or modify any part of the Platform's software or intellectual property.
- Engaging in any form of "bonus abuse" — including structuring deposits and bets specifically to withdraw bonus funds without genuine play intent.
- Allowing a third party to access or use your account, whether for commercial gain or otherwise.
7 Bonuses & Promotions
7.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and incentive offers made available by z16 are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x bonus). Not all games contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements — contribution rates are specified per promotion.
7.3 Bonus Expiry
Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. Any winings derived from an expired bonus will be voided.
7.4 Birthday & Loyalty Bonuses
Birthday bonuses and VIP tier rewards are credited in accordance with the Player's verified date of birth and their current tier status at the time of the bonus event. Tier-based bonus amounts (Bronze: MYR 188 / Silver: MYR 388 / Gold: MYR 888 / VIP: MYR 2,688) are subject to change and will reflect the tier structure published on the Platform at the relevant time.
7.5 Referal Programme
The referal bonus (currently MYR 38per qualifying referral) is credited once the referred Player has completed registration, passed KYC verification, and made a qualifying first deposit. Self-referals — including referrals of family members sharing the same household or payment method — are not permitted and will be voided.
7.6 Crypto Deposit Bonus
The 2% crypto deposit bonus (up to a maximum of MYR 688) applies to qualifying cryptocurrency deposits in BTC, ETH, USDT, or BNB. The bonus is credited automatically. Standard wagering requirements apply. The Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time.
8 Deposits & Withdrawals
8.1 Accepted Payment Methods
z16 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Malaysian players: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank), Visa/Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
8.2 Minimum Transactions
The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the point of withdrawal request. Minimum cryptocurrency deposits are stated in MYR-equivalent at the time of transaction.
8.3 Processing Timeframes
z16 endeavours to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes:
- E-Walets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Within 5 minutes under normal operating conditions.
- DuitNow / FPX: Typically5–15 minutes.
- Bank Wire Transfer: Typically 15–60 minutes.
These timeframes are indicative and may be extended during peak periods, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. z16 accepts no liability for processing delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
8.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds being met in full; (c) satisfactory completion of any fraud or security checks that the Company deems necessary. z16 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds prior to processing a withdrawal.
8.5 Currency
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. z16 does not guarantee any particular conversion rate.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the z16 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game assets, databases, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of z16 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent of z16.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- z16 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- The Company shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
- z16's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Gambling involves inherent financial risk. z16 strongly encourages all players to gamble responsibly and within their financial means. The Company accepts no responsibility for financial losses sustained through use of the Platform beyond the limits set out above.
11 Account Suspension & Termination
11.1 Suspension by z16
z16 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) the Player has engaged in Prohibited Conduct; (c) the Player's account has been compromised by third party; or (d) suspension is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
11.2 Closure by Player
Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting z16 support at [email protected]. Real-money balances remaining in the account at the time of closure (excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be refunded via the Player's registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to void all pending bets, cancel any bonus balances, and withold funds pending investigation. The Player's right to access the Platform is revoked immediately upon termination.
12 Responsible Gambling
z16 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all of its players. The Platform provides the following tools directly within the Player dashboard:
- Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
- Daily, weekly, and monthly loss limits
- Session time reminders and session duration caps
- Self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months or more

13 Amendments to These Terms
z16 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Company will take reasonable steps to notify registered Players — which may include a notice on the Platform, an email to the registered address, or both.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2 above.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated each time these Terms are revised.
14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute between you and z16 arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation and z16's internal complaints process.
To raise a complaint, Players should contact z16 in writing via [email protected], providing full details of the complaint. z16 will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and endeavour to provide a resolution within thirty (30) days of receipt.
